This role is embedded within a fast-paced food and beverage operation while benefiting from the support and resources of a broader hospitality group.Job DescriptionAs People & Culture Advisor, you will provide practical, responsive and highly visible people support across the operation.
Working closely with senior operational leaders and the broader People & Culture team, you will support the employee lifecycle while helping create an engaging, inclusive and high‐performing workplace.This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who enjoys being close to the operation and understands the pace and workforce dynamics of hospitality.
You will manage routine employee matters while escalating complex employee relations matters to senior People & Culture specialists as required.
Key responsibilities include:Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and workforce administration across a diverse operational workforceSupport payroll preparation, including timesheets, rosters, allowances,



leave and employee variationsPartner with leaders on workforce planning, employee engagement, performance and everyday people mattersDeliver employee communication, recognition and engagement initiatives that strengthen culture and retentionMaintain accurate employee records, compliance requirements and people reporting while identifying opportunities for continuous improvementCandidate ProfileYou will be an organised, approachable and commercially aware People & Culture professional who enjoys working directly with leaders and frontline employees.
You will be comfortable balancing competing priorities and responding quickly to the changing requirements of a busy service environment.Hospitality experience would be highly regarded, although candidates from other high‐volume, customer‐facing environments such as retail or aviation may also bring relevant experience.
You will demonstrate sound judgement, discretion and an ability to build trusted relationships across a culturally diverse workforce.You will ideally bring:Previous experience in People & Culture, human resources, recruitment or workforce coordinationDemonstrated capability across recruitment, onboarding, employee administration and payroll inputsStrong knowledge of contemporary Australian employment practices, with hospitality award knowledge highly regardedConfidence using HR, payroll, rostering and recruitment systemsExcellent organisation, attention to detail and interpersonal skills, with relevant tertiary qualifications advantageousOfferThis is an opportunity to take ownership of the employee experience within a premium hospitality operation in Noosa.
