Sydney Inline Plumbing is looking for an experienced Senior Plumber / Team Leader with 8+ years of hands-on plumbing experience to become a key part of our growing team.This isn't just another maintenance plumber position.We're looking for someone who can lead from the front - diagnose difficult jobs, quote confidently, convert work, support other technicians and help maintain a high standard across the team.THE ROLEYou'll be trusted to:Lead and support technicians in the fieldDiagnose complex maintenance issuesAttend, quote and convert residential plumbing opportunitiesPresent customers with explicit repair,



replacement and upgrade optionsHelp technicians with fault finding and difficult jobsFollow up larger quotes and opportunitiesIdentify genuine additional work onsiteComplete plumbing work when requiredWork closely with our Directors and office teamHelp drive workmanship, customer service and team standardsWE WANT SOMEONE WHO HAS:8+ years plumbing experienceCert IV / NSW Plumbing LicenceStrong residential maintenance experiencePrevious leadership or senior technician experienceProven quoting and sales abilityConfidence converting opportunities into approved workExcellent fault-finding skillsStrong customer communicationHigh standards and takes ownership of their workAustralian Driver's Licence, White Card & Australian work rightsRoofing, gutters, drainage, CCTV, blocked drains and pipe relining experience will put you ahead.WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
