As a Recruitment Resourcer/Front Office Coordinator, you will be joining a team of passionate individuals who help support and drive the growth of the organisation.
Working from the Arndell Park location, you will be the director of first impressions for our clients, candidates and internal stakeholders.
You will be driven with the ability to effectively manage your time across a number of administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
First point of contact for all in person, telephone and electronic enquiriesManage applicant flow and assist with recruiting effortsTeam diary managementAttend client meetings, build rapport, and enhance relationshipsMaintain data integrity across recruitment software (FastTrack 360, RatesCalc and OnBoarded)

Ability to work well under pressure and within time constraintsHigh level of interpersonal communicationExperience in recruitment (desirable)Exceptional time management, organisation and presentation skillsCommitment to delivering a high standard of customer service
