Job DescriptionWork for one of Australia's leading hospital groupsFull Time, fixed term role (possibility of ******* role by negotiation)Friendly and supportive team environmentAbout the RoleAs the successful applicant, you will become part of a growing multidisciplinary team at a critical time in the history of St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne, as we continue to transform traditional inpatient care towards a 'home first' approach, including hospital-level care to people living in residential aged care facilities.Duties includeProvide optimal physiotherapy management to patients through effective assessment, treatment, evaluation, liaison, and discharge planning.Provide high quality clinically appropriate, comprehensive allied health therapy to patients and carers in their own homes, aligning with the patient's expressed goals of care and healthcare needs, and considering the effects of the patient's health issues on their life and wellbeing.Demonstrate sound clinical knowledge of evidence based practice, research and new developmentsClassifications for this position will range from VB1 - VB4 ($86,730 - $99,699 per annum, pro rata for part time).
