Watt Realty is looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused Property Manager to join our team.In this role, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day management of a residential rental portfolio, building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors while delivering a high level of service.We're looking for someone who is confident, reliable and able to manage their workload efficiently while being a supportive member of our team.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a residential rental portfolio from start to finishBuild and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenantsCoordinate maintenance requests and follow up outstanding workConduct routine inspections and complete condition reportsManage lease renewals,
