We're looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Casual Sales and Store Room Assistant to join our growing team and help families find the perfect products for their little ones.Key responsibilitiesProvide exceptional customer service and product adviceAssist with stock replenishment and merchandisingMaintain a clean, secure, and welcoming store environmentOperate point-of-sale systems and handle transactionsHelp unpack deliveries from our distribution centre and help load customers orders into their vehiclesAbout youFriendly and approachable personalityBaby industry experience preferred but not essentialPOS / computer system / payment experience preferredAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPassion for baby products and helping familiesRegularly standing and lifting boxes up to 25kg....
This role involves regularly standing and lifting boxes up to 25kg.
Lifting trolleys & dolly's available for use on site.

You must work in your own steel cap boots.Available Shifts:Tuesdays & Saturdays required + potentially other days of the week as needed (as it is a casual role).
10am - 4pm (5.5 hours of paid work, includes 2 x 10 mins paid breaks and 1 x 30 mins unpaid lunch break).
Pay is based on the latest general retail award for Adults (21 or older):Retail employee level 1: Casual Hourly Rate
