As part of our fast-growing organisation, you will join a supportive, closeknit team working across Australia.About the role:We're looking for an organised and approachable Commercial Operations Coordinator to support the smooth delivery of Liberator's training programs and events, and coordinate the day-to-day operations of our wider Commercial Division at Liberator.Working as part of the Commercial Division, you'll collaborate with colleagues across training, marketing, projects and operations.
Your role will be to keep the practical details organised, information up to date and everyone involved well supported for smooth operations.The role would suit an experienced administrator, training and events coordinator, or executive assistant who enjoys planning ahead, building positive working relationships and seeing activities through from start to finish.This role is both internal and customer facing, therefore we're seeking a person with excellent communication skills who enjoys problem solving, managing enquiries professionally,
and ensuring the people they're interacting with feel heard and supported.In this role you will:Collaborate with the Training Manager to coordinate correspondence, bookings, logistics, and enquiries relating to training, conferences, and events run by LiberatorContribute to the ongoing review and improvement of Commercial Division processes and systems in collaboration with the wider team, using feedback to inform analysisCoordinate, communicate, and deliver on a variety of administrative tasks as allocated by Commercial Division leadership, ensuring smooth Commercial Division operationsWork effectively in a busy team setting, while autonomously managing workflows and task prioritisationBuild and maintain positive, professional relationships with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders, representing the values of Liberator in all interactionsAbout you:You are organised, dependable and enjoy helping plans come together.You communicate clearly and confidently with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
You're comfortable coordinating several activities at different stages and know how to prioritise, keep accurate records and follow through on agreed actions.You enjoy solving practical problems, learning new systems and improving the way administrative tasks are organised.
You also know when to ask questions, flag an issue or seek support.Most importantly,
you're someone who takes pride in creating a smooth, welcoming and well-organised experience for others.This is a hybrid full-time role, requiring a minimum 3 days per week working from our leafy office in Sydney Olympic Park, with flexible work from home arrangements available 2 days per week.Essential skills and experience:Certificate III or IV in Business (Administration), or equivalent experience3-5 years' experience in an administration, operations, coordination or similar roleStrong organisational and time-management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to independently manage multiple tasks, projects and competing prioritiesStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyConfidence using Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams and SharePointA proactive, solutions-focused approach with a willingness to take ownershipExperience coordinating training programs, conferences or eventsExperience using event registration or ticketing platformsExperience working with learning management systems (LMS)Experience using CRM systemsExperience managing website content through a system such as WordPressExperience in the disability, assistive technology, education or healthcare sectorsWhat we offer:A meaningful role contributing directly to the lives of AAC communicators and their familiesA supportive, values-driven team environmentOpportunities for career development and professional developmentWell established positive team culture and access to EAP servicesCompetitive remuneration
