We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as Assistant Storeperson at our warehouse located at Eagle Farm.COMFLOOR encourages a healthy work-life balance and guarantees that no weekend work is required.
This role is Monday to Friday only and is available for immediate start.Key responsibilitiesReceipting, unpacking and checking purchased goods from suppliersLabelling and packaging goods ready for dispatchQuality checking goods against orders before dispatchAssist with maintaining an organised space adhering to workplace health and safety practisesAssist with the management of inventory including stocktakeLoad/unload, palletised and roll stockChecking, receipting stock,



and completing associated paperworkCoordinating with freight companies and managing incoming deliveriesPick and pack orders (some heavy lifting involved at times)General warehouse duties including cleaning and maintenanceAbout youAbility to follow systems and proceduresGood communication skills and be able to maintain good relationships with both internal staff and external contactsDemonstrates initiative and works well within a team workplace as well as individuallyMust be reliable and possess an excellent work ethicMinimum 1 year experience in warehouse/storageExperience using a walk behind forkliftAbility to follow and implement company policies and proceduresSound computer skills and attention to detailWilling to be flexible and able to work under pressure
