In this role you will be responsible for driving product profitability and growth through strategic product development for AIA Health's domestic, corporate and OVHC business streams.
A strong understanding of the competitor landscape and in-depth competitor analysis to identify areas of difference (positive and negative) are critical within this role to ensure AIA Health are able to stay ahead of market opportunities and selection risk.To do this successfully you will:Design product offerings and benefits that maintain product competitiveness and profitability for distribution channels (broker, direct, portals, aggregators and partners)Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify the underlying issues and potential product implications associated with key business challengesAttend industry events as required to ensure we are across latest market and legislative changesPresent product proposals at Stakeholder and Governance forums,
