This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and can confidently manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.Your ResponsibilitiesDesign engaging Instagram Stories grapgic posts for a variety of clients each weekCreate social media graphics for Instagram and TikTokDesign eye-catching Reel covers, feed plans and promotional graphicsCreate branded content that aligns with each client's visual identityAssist with branding projects, including logos, colour palettes,



typography and brand guidelinesCollaborate with our content creators and account managers to bring creative concepts to lifeContribute fresh ideas and stay ahead of current social media design trendsManage multiple client accounts and meet weekly deadlinesEnsure every design is polished, engaging and aligned with each client's brandEvery week you'll be designing for completely different industries, from construction companies and cafés to beauty clinics, automotive brands, real estate agencies and national businesses, so versatility and creativity are essential.What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who has:3+ years of professional graphic design experienceExtensive experience designing Instagram and TikTok content (essential)Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesignA strong understanding of current Instagram and TikTok trendsExcellent layout, typography and branding skillsA creative eye and the confidence to bring new ideas to the tableStrong organisational and time management skillsThe ability to manage multiple projects and work efficiently under deadlinesExcellent attention to detailStrong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaborativelyBonus Skills (Highly Regarded)Website design (Shopify, Wix or Squarespace)Branding and logo designCreating complete branding kits and style guidesCanva and FigmaBasic motion graphics or animationBasic video editingExperience working in a marketing or creative agencyWhy Join Socialisha?
