Our office is based in Newcastle Surrounds but our projects can be anywhere within the Hunter / Newcastle Region.Ideally you will live locally or be open to a relocation to the area (relocation support may be offered for the right candidate).
In this role you will be responsible for:Overseeing and managing multiple projects.Overseeing WHS, Environmental and Quality Systems for the entire worksiteManaging site crews & Subcontractors, deliveries, materials, safety,



ITPs and SWMS.Ensuring compliance with relevant standards and ISO reportingReading and interpreting architectural drawings and plans.Adhering to project timelines while ensuring the delivery of high-quality onsite work.About YouTo be successful in this role you will have the following attributes:Experience in residential or commercial constructionOutstanding time and project management skills to meet deadlinesProficient in reading architectural drawings, plans, and specificationsStrong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a keen attention to detailRecognizes the significance of a positive work environmentCapable of managing multiple subcontractors across various sites simultaneouslySelf-motivated with a solid work ethicAbility to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers and subcontractorsCompetent in using Microsoft-based applicationsPossess a valid NSW Driver's License, White Card & First Aid Certificate.All applications will be treated as confidential.
