The Yard Gym Newstead is looking for a Studio Manager to own our lead-to-member journey and daily operations.
This role suits someone who connects easily with people, performs under KPI accountability, and wants their results directly reflected in what they earn.

You'll manage the full trial member journey - from first inquiry through to conversion - while overseeing day-to-day front-of-house operations.

What you'll be doing:
Converting leads and trial members into long-term membersOverseeing daily front-of-house operations and coordinating the teamMaintaining an organised, CRM-driven pipeline with consistent follow-upRepresenting the brand professionally in every interaction
What you bring:




A background in the fitness industry - group fitness or personal training experience preferredA track record of hitting sales targets in a KPI-driven environmentExperience working with CRM and Studio management systems - Mindbody experience highly regardedStrong communication and people skillsSolid organisational habits and ownership over your work
