We work as a collaborative team that is committed to customer satisfaction in a safety-focused environment.Key ResponsibilitiesHandling calls,



emails and enquiries about services and quotes in a timely and efficient mannerProviding superior customer service each and every timeScheduling and paperwork for deliveries, materials, quotes and client worksInvoicingThis role would be well suited if you have:Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally 2+ yearsEnthusiasm for providing a high level of customer serviceStrong communication (written and oral) skillsExcellent organizational skills with a high attention to detail and the ability to multitaskProficiency in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel), with the aptitude to learn new systemsThe ability to work both independently and within a close teamGood geographical knowledge for efficient schedulingIn return, we offer a competitive salary with full training and a supportive team environment for you to thrive in.Must be eligible to live and work in Australia.Applicants who progress to the next stage will need to attend interviews in person.
