supportive and respectful workplace for our people.We're continuing to grow and are looking for experienced Pest Control Technicians who want to grow with us.About the RoleWorking across the Hunter Valley, you'll provide skilled pest management services to a variety of clients and sites.Your key responsibilities will include:Delivering pest management solutions tailored to individual client requirementsConducting pest inspections, treatments and elimination services at client premisesIdentifying pest issues and providing practical advice on eradication and preventionBuilding strong relationships and rapport with clientsProviding professional and knowledgeable customer serviceCompleting daily risk assessments and following safety management processesMaintaining accurate service records and reportingEnsuring all work is completed safely and in accordance with relevant standards and proceduresAbout YouYou're an experienced Pest Control Technician who takes pride in delivering quality work and providing great service to customers.To be considered, you'll need:Current NSW Pest Management Technician Licence – essentialTermite and Timber Pest Management Accreditation - Have or Willing to ObtainCurrent Construction Induction Safety Certificate (White Card)Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a similar pest control roleStrong knowledge of pest control chemicals,



equipment and suppliesCurrent driver's licence – full manual licence preferredStrong communication and customer service skillsGood organisational and time-management skillsSound understanding of Work Health and Safety requirementsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamTwo work-related referencesThe following would also be highly regarded:Confined Space ticketElevated Work Platform (EWP) ticketSafety Comes FirstSafety is a key part of how we operate.You'll need to be comfortable working in small or confined spaces where required and be able to successfully complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing.Strike Force Services has a zero-tolerance approach to drugs and alcohol, with ongoing testing conducted throughout employment in line with our workplace safety requirements.Ready for Your Next Move?
