Join a large Australian transport and tourism organisation who is currently experiencing an exciting period of growth and development.
Following significant work across their HR processes, induction programs, training and employee initiatives, they are now looking for a capable all rounder to help turn those plans into real, working programs.
This is not an HR advisory or strategy role.
The project plans, frameworks and communication plans have already been developed, and several initiatives are underway.
What the team needs now is someone organised, proactive and practical who can take ownership of the implementation and keep everything moving.
More about the opportunity?
Working directly with the People & Culture Manager, you'll support a varied mix of projects across induction, training, engagement, communications, systems and reporting.
You'll have the autonomy to work through established plans, coordinate the next steps and see the tangible impact of your work across the organisation.
