Are you an experienced disability support worker ready to step up and lead?
We are on the lookout for a passionate leader to commit to 10 permanent hours per week, offering the perfect blend of hands-on impact and flexible, remote administrative hours.
In this role, you won't just manage; you will inspire, collaborate, and pave the way for high-quality care.Your Key Responsibilities:Provide face-to-face support work - This will be focused on building rapport with the client, supporting with her highly complex needs where required (personal care, manual handling, PEG feeding (occasionally), mealtime management, medication management, epilepsy & seizure management & domestic duties) and building positive and consistent routines.Handle rostering, recruiting, and training staff.Attending meetings with the client, parents,



and the Hireup managerAdmin duties relating to the clients' supportExperience in leading the way with creating routines and procedures that benefit a client's life and ability to pass this on to other team members through training.Documentation, communication & drive!
Desirable Experience and Qualifications:Cert IV in Disability or similarWorking with clients who have high-complexity medical needs.Good knowledge of the disability sector.Technical & Operational ExcellenceCurrent Shift Availability:Face-to-face shifts - Availability on any 2 of the following days (can be flexible for the right candidate):Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday from 3:30 pm - 7 pm.Available to complete 3 hours per week remotely within normal business hours (laptop and equipment supplied)Mandatory Requirements:NDIS Worker Screening CheckNDIS Worker Orientation ModuleFull First AidRight to work within AustraliaNationally Coordinated Criminal History CheckFull Australian driver's licenceWhy should you join?
