You Will HaveCurrent NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner registration (Core level or above)Experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner or in a similar behavioural support roleStrong understanding of Positive Behaviour Support frameworksExperience conducting assessments and developing Behaviour Support PlansExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to work independently while contributing to a multidisciplinary teamA calm, patient and solution-focused approachA genuine passion for supporting people with disability and their familiesWhy Join Optimum Health Solutions?
