Everything we do, including our range of tailored pathways for individuals and workforce solutions for employers, is underpinned by our vision - 'Vibrant Futures' - for our staff, service users and business clients.About the role:Marketing and Social Media Co-ordinator will be responsible for gaining exposure across the entire marketing mix to help coordinate marketing activity for designated businesses within the IntoWork Group.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and produce high-quality, on‐brand visual and written content for social media and other marketing channelsExecute design tasks and support design projects, including the creation and regular updating of existing marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers,



and digital assets.Assist in writing copy for marketing materials in accordance with our style guideSupport the Brand Manager with website content updates and digital marketing effortsManage social media content calendars and engage with our community on various platformsEnsure compliance with policies and guidelines while representing our brand externallyRequirements:Qualification or experience in Marketing or related fieldExperience with social media strategy, content creation and designExcellent organisational skills with high attention to detailExperience in using Adobe Creative Cloud – InDesign and Illustrator preferredCreative thinking, initiative, and a customer‐centric approachStrong time management and decision‐making abilitiesCapability to work autonomously and as part of a team, influencing positivelyWork within a high skilled multi-disciplinary team of marketing and communications professionalsGain exposure across the entire marketing mix and help coordinate marketing activityOpportunity for qualified growth and developmentCompetitive salary and hybrid workApplicants must be eligible to work in Australia.
