We specialise in complex fit-out and refurbishment projects, often within live operating environments where planning, stakeholder management and attention to detail are critical.Due to continued growth in NSW, we are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team.About the RoleReporting to the General Manager and Project Manager, you will take ownership of projects from site establishment through to practical completion, defects management and handover.You will be responsible for leading site operations, coordinating trades, maintaining programme, managing safety and quality, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently with minimal disruption to our clients' operations.The role is best suited to someone who thrives in busy, occupied environments such as hospitals, schools, offices, retail centres and operational facilities.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day site operations and subcontractorsDeliver projects safely, on programme and to a high-quality standardCoordinate works in live and occupied environmentsManage site safety, inductions, permits and compliance requirementsDevelop and manage short-term and look-ahead programmesReview drawings, identify buildability risks and coordinate RFIsVerify site set-out,



critical dimensions and service interfacesCoordinate client, consultant and stakeholder requirementsConduct quality inspections and manage defect rectificationMaintain site records, reporting and project documentationSupport Project Managers in identifying risks, variations and commercial impactsAbout YouMinimum 5 years' experience as a Site Manager delivering commercial fit-out and refurbishment projectsProven experience managing projects in live operational environmentsStrong trade coordination and programme management capabilityAbility to read and interpret construction documentation and services drawingsStrong understanding of safety, quality and compliance requirementsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsA proactive approach to problem-solving and risk managementCurrent White Card and Drivers LicenceCurrent First Aid & CPR CertificateWhy Formula?
