We are family run wholesale air conditioning company in search of a sheet metal apprentice to join our great team.As part of the apprenticeship you will be required to attend TAFE 1 day per week, so drivers license and car are essential.
You will be studying Certificate III in engineering - fabrication trade (light fabrication).
We are looking for someone that has completed Year 10 of High School and has the following attributes:A good understanding of Math and EnglishAre motivated and have a positive can-do attitude.Are committed and willing to learn including attending apprenticeship training.Demonstrate care and attention to detail.Valuable communication and numeracy skills.Can work well in a team environment and follow processes and instructions.Be happy to unload trucks and shipping containers, when required.Are punctual and reliable.Are able to work Monday to Friday.Can work in a secure manner.Hold a current drivers licenseJob TypesFull-time, ApprenticeshipSchedule8 hour shiftMonday to FridayOvertimeSupplementary PayOvertime payWork Location: In person
