As we grow our team, we're looking for someone who can independently manage their own caseload in the community.About the roleWe're seeking a passionate and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team delivering mobile and community-based therapy across the Gold Coast.
You'll work independently and directly in clients' homes and communities, helping them build independence, participate in everyday life, and achieve what matters to them.Key responsibilitiesConducting functional and home assessments, Functional Capacity Assessments (FCAs), and home modification recommendationsAssistive technology prescription and equipment trialsDeveloping and delivering individualised therapy plans for aged care and NDIS patientsWriting transparent,
