What We're Looking For
Previous pool industry experience highly regarded
Experience with pool equipment diagnostics and repairs highly regarded
Experience working on commercial pools viewed favourably
Strong understanding of water chemistry or a willingness to further develop technical knowledge
Strong work ethic and reliability
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Current manual driver's licence
Ability to obtain a police check
Applicants with previous retail pool shop experience are also encouraged to apply, as opportunities may be available across both our service and retail operations.
While pool industry experience is preferred, we recognise that many skills transfer from industries such as plumbing, electrical, irrigation, landscaping, maintenance, and other technical service roles.
