You'll work alongside experienced operators on premium residential landscaping projects across NSW, learning the foundations of structural landscaping from day one.We're looking for someone reliable, hardworking and eager to build strong trade skills while contributing to a professional, well‐run team.About the RoleAs a 1st‐Year Apprentice, you'll be trained and supported across all core areas of landscaping, including:Assisting with construction of retaining walls, paving, turfing and garden buildsLearning secure and confident use of hand tools, power tools and small machinerySupporting site preparation, clean‐ups, material handling and daily setup/pack‐downWorking within Pro Step's quality, safety and communication standardsDeveloping foundational landscaping skills with clear progression pathwaysThis role is hands‐on,
