If you're an experienced Emergency Department Nurse looking to apply your clinical expertise beyond the hospital environment, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.At Allianz Partners, you'll join our global Medical Assistance team, helping travellers access medical care and support when they need it most.
Working in a quick-paced, technology-enabled environment, you'll use your clinical judgement, critical thinking, and communication skills to make a real difference to people around the world.Following your onboarding and training period, you'll have the opportunity to work in a hybrid model with up to 3 days per week from home.About The RoleAs a Registered Nurse within our Medical Assistance team, you'll provide clinical support and case management for customers experiencing illness or injury while travelling.Your Responsibilities Will IncludeProviding professional telephonic health advice and supportAssessing and managing complex medical casesReviewing medical information and treatment plansLiaising with hospitals, treating practitioners,
and healthcare providers globallySupporting customer outcomes through effective coordination of careProviding clinical guidance to non-medical colleagues when requiredContributing to continuous improvement initiatives and best-practice service deliveryThis role offers a unique opportunity to utilise your Emergency Department experience in a corporate healthcare setting while remaining clinically engaged.What We're Looking ForWe're seeking nurses who combine strong clinical capability with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.You'll BringCurrent AHPRA registration as a Registered NurseMinimum 2 years' Emergency Department experience (preferred)Advanced life support qualifications such as ACLS, TNCC, ENPC, APLS or equivalentSound clinical assessment and decision-making skillsExceptional written and verbal communication abilitiesA professional and empathetic telephone mannerConfidence working within digital systems and technology-enabled workflowsAvailability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekendsFlexibility to work within a hybrid working arrangement following trainingWhy Allianz Partners?
