This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales within our retail environment.
As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our business, helping customers find the perfect photography and imaging products to meet their needs whilst building lasting relationships and contributing to our store's success.What you'll be doingGreet customers warmly and assist them in identifying their photography and imaging needsDemonstrate product knowledge and provide expert recommendations on cameras, lenses, lighting equipment and related accessoriesProcess sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systemsMaintain an organised and visually appealing retail environment by restocking shelves and displaysHandle customer enquiries and complaints professionally and courteouslyMeet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team performance goalsStay current with product information and upcoming releases within the photography industryBuild customer relationships and encourage repeat business through exceptional serviceSupport inventory management and assist with stocktaking activitiesWhat we're looking forProven experience in a retail sales environment, preferably within consumer electronics, photography or a similar specialist retail sectorStrong passion for photography,
