We provide a comprehensive range of services including heavy vehicle repairs and maintenance, auto electrical, air conditioning, tyres, registration inspections and defect clearances, providing our customers with a reliable one-stop shop for their fleet maintenance and repair needs.With continued growth and a brand-new purpose-built workshop currently under development, we are looking for experienced Heavy Vehicle Mechanics to join our team at Warnervale.What You'll Be DoingAs a key member of our workshop team, you'll work across a diverse range of trucks, trailers and heavy vehicle equipment, with responsibilities including:Diagnose and repair mechanical faults across trucks, trailers and heavy vehiclesComplete scheduled servicing, preventative maintenance and vehicle inspectionsIdentify and carry out required repairs to a high standardMaintain accurate service and repair recordsEnsure all work meets safety,



quality and compliance requirementsSupport and mentor apprentices and junior mechanics as requiredWorking closely with the wider workshop team to minimise downtime and keep our customers' fleets movingWhat We're Looking ForCertificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology – essentialHeavy Vehicle AIS inspection ticket – highly regardedAutomotive Air Conditioning licence – highly regardedPrevious experience servicing, diagnosing and repairing heavy vehiclesStrong diagnostic and fault-finding skillsSound knowledge of heavy vehicle systems, components and repair proceduresAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative teamStrong communication skills and a practical, solutions-focused approachCommitment to maintaining a safe, compliant and high-quality workshop environmentCurrent driver's licence – heavy vehicle licence desirable, but not essentialForklift licence – desirableWhat We OfferCompetitive above-award remuneration + applicable penalties12% superannuationWeekly payOvertime opportunities availableChoice of day or afternoon shift opportunitiesOngoing training and skilled developmentSupportive and experienced workshop teamLong-term, stable full-time employment with a growing businessBrand-new purpose-built workshop currently under development, due for completion at the end of ****
