The roleisrequiredtoplan,coordinateand deliver a high standard ofengaging,relevantand effective internal and external communications,marketing, branding and graphic design,and corporate and civic eventsacross the organisation and in the community.Tertiary qualifications and/or significant demonstrated experience in communications, marketing, public relations, journalism or a related discipline.Demonstrated experience leading and managing communications and marketing functions,



including strategic planning, service delivery and continuous improvement within a complex organisation.Proven leadership and people management skills, including the ability to supervise, develop and motivate a qualified team to achieve organisational objectives.Experience developing and delivering integrated communications and marketing strategies, campaigns and initiatives across a range of channels to support organisational outcomes.Remuneration: base salary commencing at $118,950 gross per annum+ 12% superannuation+ annual performance-based salary increases / bonus (1-3.5%)+ annual award increaseFor further information contact: Kat Boehringer on ******** ***.
