Airfirst Air Conditioning & Electrical Pty Ltd – Cairns QLD We are seekinga Service Coordinator to fill a full time position in our Cairns office.
This role is pivotal to our goal of providing exceptional customer service to our valued customer base and requires a high level of organisation and the ability to multi-task.
Responsibilities: Customer liaison - fielding customer enquiries, logging and following up workorders and scheduling site attendances.
Scheduling of field service staff Maintaining accurate data records within our field software.
Managing and scheduling site specific staff inductions and permits.
Compiling reports and associated information for weekly meetings.
Providing administrative support to divisional managers when required.




Carrying out duties with conduct and communication that contributes to a high standard of customer service and enhances the company's reputation.
Carry out all duties in accordance with our Integrated Management System.
