Must have worked in commercial kitchens, servicing and maintaining commercial catering equipment with a understanding of preventative maintenance and break downs.
Will be fault finding & repairing equipment likeeg: Combi ovens, deep fryers, stove tops, dishwashers, Blenders, cool rooms & any other commercial appliances used in a commercial kitchenResponsibilities Required:Excellent fault finding skills and diagnosing breakdowns of equipment in commercial kitchens:Field experience with Refrigeration and Cool Room knowledgeExperience in gas is a bonusAble to fault break downs within a certain time frame & identify spare parts identification to rectify the problem (obtain supplier manuals if necessary)Customer focused with excellent language skills verbal & writtenAble to quote on break downs and report diagnoses of break downs clearlyMust be able to use recent technology like inhouse software, ipads & emailsSkills and Experience Required:An advantage if you have either electrical trades license or refrigerationBe technically minded and possess strong technical skillsMinimum three years' experience in diagnosing faultsA Proactive approach to the maintenance IndustryHighly motivated with excellent Interpersonal skillWork well within a team environment and take own initiativeA willingness to learn other areas within different trades
