This is a pivotal role overseeing a critical civil works package, with a strong focus on earthworks.
The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in earthworks delivery and lead engineering efforts to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality outcomes in a remote setting.You'll mentor junior engineers, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive project success through technical leadership and problem-solving.Key ResponsibilitiesLead engineering delivery of civil works with a primary focus on earthworks, including bulk excavation, compaction, and ground improvementManage project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet milestonesConduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standardsLiaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to maintain strong working relationshipsReview and prepare technical documentation, drawings,
