Hali Rugs is looking for a proven and experienced A&D; Business Development Manager to drive growth across Melbourne's high-end residential architecture and interior design sector.This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who thrives on building relationships, getting in front of designers and turning opportunities into projects.
You'll spend your time meeting with leading architecture and interior design studios, presenting our collections, developing new relationships and strengthening existing partnerships.You'll play a key role in positioning Hali Rugs as a preferred rug supplier within Melbourne's leading design studios, while working closely with our showroom teams to turn specifications and relationships into completed projects.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and grow relationships with leading architecture and interior design practicesIdentify, prospect and onboard new A&D; partners across MelbourneConduct regular in-studio presentations, product education sessions and collection updatesMaintain a strong on-road presence with a busy schedule of studio appointmentsBuild relationships with designers, principals and key decision-makersFollow up opportunities and turn specifications into salesWork closely with showroom teams to support projects from specification through to completionRepresent Hali Rugs at industry events, launches and design forumsMaintain accurate activity, opportunity and pipeline recordsContribute to the strategic growth of Hali Rugs' A&D; channel across VictoriaAbout YouWe're looking for someone who is confident,
