You will work within a committed coaching team, delivering high-quality rowing instruction and fostering a positive and supportive environment.In this role, you will support rowers across all levels of the program, helping them develop strong technique, confidence and teamwork in a secure and encouraging setting.The RoleSupport and promote rowing techniques and terminology adopted by the Carey rowing programManage crews in a mature and efficient way whilst enforcing safety protocolsCreate a positive, encouraging atmosphere where rowers of all levels can thriveAct in line with and model Carey's core values of Care, Respect and Growth at all timesThe PersonTo be successful in this position, you will have:Experience in and knowledge of rowingExcellent communication skills and an ability to work with students of varying abilitiesExcellent organisational and interpersonal skillsAbility to inspire and motivate others to achieve their full potentialA valid Employee Working with Children Check and current Anaphylaxis Accreditation are requirements of employment for this position.To find out more about this opportunity, download the Position Description here .
