With continued growth across the business, they are looking to add to their team and are open to considering candidates at either Strata Manager or Assistant Strata Manager level.A major benefit of this position is the flexibility, with the opportunity to work from home four days per week and attend the office up to one day per week.The portfolio is predominantly coastal and consists of approximately 50 buildings / 550 lots.
It is a well-maintained and relatively straightforward portfolio, without the excessive workload often found in larger strata businesses.For an Assistant Strata Manager, there will be plenty of support and mentoring available, making this a great opportunity to build your experience and progress towards managing your own portfolio.The role may include:Managing or supporting the management of a portfolio of strata propertiesDeveloping strong relationships with owners and committeesCoordinating maintenance,



repairs and contractorsPreparing for and attending AGMs, EGMs and committee meetingsAssisting with budgets, levies, insurance and financial mattersProviding advice regarding strata legislation, compliance and by-lawsResponding to owner and committee enquiriesMaintaining accurate records and ensuring portfolio matters are managed efficientlyThe business is interested in speaking with experienced Strata Managers as well as Assistant Strata Managers who are ready to take the next step in their career.Strong communication skills, organisation and the ability to build positive relationships with owners and committees will be important.What's on offer:Salary up to $115,000 + super, depending on experienceExcellent bonus and Schedule B earning opportunitiesPotential to earn up to an additional $3,000 per monthFour days working from home with up to one day in the officeManageable coastal portfolio of approximately 50 buildings / 550 lotsMinimal after-hours requirementsSupportive and experienced teamCareer development and mentoringGenuine flexibility and work-life balanceStable boutique business with continued growth
