Tara Anglican School for Girls is seeking a highly capableSports Coordinatorto support theHead of Sportin the delivery of our extensive and vibrant co-curricular sports program.This is a pivotal role that combines administration, logistics and relationship management to ensure the smooth coordination of sporting competitions, events, training programs and representative opportunities.
Working closely with the Head of Sport, coaches, students, staff and families, you will play an integral role in creating outstanding sporting experiences for our girls.Key responsibilities include:Supporting the Head of Sport with the day-to-day administration of the School's sports programCoordinating fixtures, carnivals, competitions and sporting eventsManaging communications with students, parents, coaches and sporting associationsMaintaining accurate records, schedules and sports-related databasesAssisting with team nominations,



transport, venues and logisticsContributing to the ongoing success and growth of girls' sport at TaraAbout you:Highly organised with exceptional attention to detailStrong administrative and coordination skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesAble to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environmentPassionate about supporting student participation and achievement in sportAt Tara, sport is an important part of a well-rounded education, fostering teamwork, resilience, confidence and excellence.
