With several key transformation initiatives underway, this is an opportunity to join a collaborative team and play a meaningful role in enhancing the organisation's people systems capability.About The RoleReporting to the People Systems Director, this is an exciting opportunity for an People Systems professional to join a team-oriented team in a role that offers genuine ownership, variety and impact.You'll act as the go‐to expert across a range of HR and payroll systems, partnering closely with Payroll, People Services, HR, Finance and external stakeholders.
Responsible for maintaining system integrity, security and performance, you'll also play a key role in systems transformation initiatives, including the implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central.This role will suit someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, improving processes and balancing day‐to‐day systems administration with continuous improvement and project work.Key Areas of Focus IncludeManaging and administering HR and payroll systems including SAP S/4HANA Payroll, SuccessFactors, Kronos and DoneSafeMaintaining data security, integrity,



compliance and system performance across the people technology landscapeSupporting the implementation and ongoing optimisation of SuccessFactors Employee CentralProviding system administration, troubleshooting and support to stakeholders across the businessManaging position structures, system updates and user access requirementsDeveloping meaningful reporting, analytics and workforce insights for key stakeholdersPartnering with Payroll, People Services, HR and Finance teams to support business prioritiesIdentifying opportunities to improve processes, systems and ways of workingSupporting continuous improvement initiatives and broader people projectsActing as a trusted subject matter expert across people systems and reportingAbout YouYou'll be a systems-focused HR/People professional who enjoys getting into the detail, solving problems and making things better.
Curious, proactive and hands‐on, you'll thrive in an environment where you can take ownership, build relationships and contribute to meaningful change.To be successful, you'll bringPrevious experience working with HR and/or payroll systems from an administration, specialist or systems-focused roleExperience with systems such as SuccessFactors, SAP, Kronos, Workday,



SmartRecruiters or similar platformsStrong understanding of system administration, data integrity, security and reportingAbility to manage requests and initiatives end-to-end while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detailExperience working with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI or similarExposure to both salaried and hourly workforce environmentsKnowledge of Australian payroll processes and awards will be highly regardedExperience within FMCG, manufacturing or another complex workforce environment is advantageousA collaborative approach, robust stakeholder engagement skills and a genuine desire to learn and growWhy This Role?
