Your missionAs a Direct Entry First Officer, you will operate modern, multi‐crew aircraft across a varied network, delivering safe, efficient and on‐time operations.
You will support the Captain, uphold SOPs and contribute to an exceptional passenger and crew experience.Execute all phases of flight in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.Conduct thorough pre‐flight preparation, performance calculations and briefings.Manage navigation, communication and aircraft systems with sound situational awareness.Champion safety, CRM and Just Culture—actively participate in reporting and continuous improvement.Maintain recency, technical knowledge and professionalism through ongoing training.Minimum qualificationsTotal time: 500 hoursLicence: CASA Frozen ATPLRatings: Multi‐Engine Instrument Rating (MEA IR) with endorsements for Instrument Approach 2D and 3D on an Australian Instrument Rating – Multi Engine AeroplaneMedical: Class 1English: ICAO ELP Level 6Accepted licences: CASAType rating:
