By accurately packing and delivering our customer online orders in full and on time, we work together to elevate pressure off our stores and exceed customer expectations.
We provide an adult pay rate for 18 years of age and above at $***** per hour for this role.What's involved:Lead by example, providing excellent service and inspiring the team to deliver accurate and efficient order fulfillmentCoach and develop team members to ensure a positive and productive workplaceRange management, oversee receiving and inventory process'Ensuring accurate stock width and depth, managing and maintain stock location and associated fixtures and fittingsAssist with onboarding and ongoing training to maintain high operational standardsSupport the team with picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders as requiredOrganise and oversee deliveries to ensure orders are dispatched in full and on timeManage stock control, including loading and unloading products from delivery trucksEnsure safety and efficiency are always top prioritiesWho we're looking for:Our ideal candidate is an experienced, motivated leader with a passion for operations and team development.
You'll have prior experience in a fast‐paced environment, enjoy problem‐solving,
