you will:Build strong, nurturing relationships with childrenAssist in the development and implementation of educational programs, aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)Ensure a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for both children and staffEmbed the service's philosophy into daily practice and decision-makingCommunicate effectively with families about their child's daily experiences and developmentMaintain accurate observations and documentation of each child's learning journey and progressThis role is perfect for educators who are committed to delivering excellence in early childhood education and are excited to be part of a passionate and collaborative team.RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will have (or be willing to obtain) the following:Diploma and or ECT in Early Childhood Education and CareA valid Working With Children CheckA current First Aid Certificate, or willingness to obtain oneA solid understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF), including:National RegulationsNational Quality Standards (NQS)Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively and respectfully within a team environmentA strong understanding of the importance of family engagement and communicationA commitment to supporting the holistic development of every child in your care
