We're looking for a confident, energetic and sales-driven Sales & Social Media Assistant to join Baena Furniture.
If you're great with people, love the challenge of closing a sale and feel completely comfortable jumping in front of a camera to create content - this could be the perfect role for you.
This isn't a job where you'll stand around waiting for customers.
You'll take ownership of the customer experience, drive sales, work towards individual KPIs, follow up opportunities and help bring the Baena Furniture brand to life across social media.

What You'll Do
As a Sales & Social Media Assistant, you'll help drive both sales and brand growth.
You will:
Connect with customers, build rapport and uncover what they're looking forDeliver confident and engaging product demonstrationsAsk for the sale, overcome objections and close customersAchieve individual sales targets and contribute towards team KPIsFollow up quotes, enquiries and sales opportunities to maximise conversionsIdentify opportunities for additional products and add-on salesMaintain robust product knowledge across our furniture rangesCreate engaging short-form content for Instagram,



Facebook and other platformsConfidently appear in Reels, videos and promotional contentCapture product, lifestyle and behind-the-scenes photos and videosHelp keep our showrooms looking exceptionalWork with the team to continue growing the Baena Furniture brand
Who You Are
We're looking for someone who is:
Sales-focused with a natural ability to connect with peopleConfident, outgoing and comfortable starting conversationsMotivated by results and enjoys working towards targetsComfortable asking for the sale and closingEnergetic, driven and proactiveWell-presented and professionalA solid communicator who can build rapport quicklyConfident and natural in front of a cameraComfortable using Instagram, Facebook and creating short-form contentPhysically fit and happy working in an active showroom environmentReliable, organised and willing to take ownershipAvailable to work weekends
Furniture sales experience isn't essential.
Experience in retail, fitness, hospitality, fashion, automotive, real estate, phone sales or another customer-fac?
ing sales environment would be highly regarded.
