It is a place where Sydneysiders come to mark moments, where visitors from around the world come to experience the city at its most iconic, and where hospitality and culture bring out the best in each other.As a Restaurant Manager, you will be an effective leader, service specialist, and passionate foodie.
Reporting to the directors you will be responsible for all day-to-day operations of the restaurant and its staff, plus be the point of contact for all client and guest relations.SkillsTo be a successful candidate for this role, you will need to have the ability to lead and work in a large team, have great customer service skills and a minimum 2 year's experience managing in a busy restaurant.
