You will be responsible for managing all aspects of claims management in line with legislation and business rules.
With your exceptional customer service and organisational skills.
The purpose of your role is to support injured workers by monitoring their recovery with the end goal to return to work in a timely and sustainable manner.Your main responsibilities include:Proactively handle all aspects of claims management in alignment with legislation and business rulesCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop claims strategiesEngage Account Managers at an appropriate time to identify opportunities to improve performance or resolve issuesDeliver exceptional customer service and maintain high organisational standardsAbout you:Your education, experience and skills will include:Experience in claims managementMinimum 1-2 years Workers Compensation experienceCompetent in the use of Adobe and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word and ExcelAn ability to work effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholdersSound organisational skills and ability to prioritise a high workloadExcellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skillsUnderstanding of medical terminologyWhat we offer:Friendly and supportive team culture7.25-hour days, Monday to Friday5 weeks annual leave18 days personal leave & 3 days family and emergency leaveOnsite Parking availableReward and Recognition program to celebrate your successRetailer discounts through Smart Spending App
