We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Officer supporting operations in the live bay area forturkeys.
This role is critical in ensuring animal welfare standards, product quality, and compliance with food safety regulations throughout all stages of production.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and assess live bird handling practicesIdentify and report any non-conformance issues in handling, hygiene, or processingPerform routine documentation, record-keeping, and reporting of QC checksMaintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and workplace safetyAssist in audits and continuous improvement initiativesRequired SkillsPrevious experience in quality control, food production, or poultry processing preferredAbility to work in a quick-paced,
