We're partnering with a major Australian organisation that is significantly scaling its Data & Analytics capability and is looking for an experienced Data Delivery Manager to help bring structure, visibility and momentum to a growing portfolio of work.
This is a great opportunity for someone who sits comfortably between technical delivery and Agile leadership.You'll work across a sizeable data function of around 40 internal and external resources, helping coordinate multiple streams of work as the organisation ramps up delivery against an ambitious current data strategy.We're looking for someone who can get into the detail, understand what's happening across technical teams and create pragmatic ways of working that actually help people deliver.What you'll be doingDriving delivery across multiple data and technology workstreamsWorking closely with internal teams and external consulting partnersImproving and embedding consistent Agile ways of workingGetting hands-on with Azure DevOps, improving workflows, sprint planning and delivery visibilityMonitoring capacity and workload across a large technical teamTracking progress, dependencies, risks and blockersImproving reporting from Azure DevOps, including Power BI reportingHelping create better visibility of resource utilisation, timesheets, budgeting and forecastingSupporting managers without introducing unnecessary process or administrationWhat we're looking forYou'll be an experienced Data Delivery Manager, Delivery Lead or Technical Delivery Lead with a strong track record delivering in complex technology environments.Ideally, you'll bring:Strong, practical experience with Azure DevOpsSolid Agile delivery experience,
