This role will be based in across our Western Sydney projects.
You will work 3-days per week as a casual employee, allowing you flexibility to accommodate your study schedule.As an Undergraduate Site Engineer, you'll support our Site and Project Management teams in coordinating site activities, maintaining project documentation, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, and helping deliver projects on time and within budget.
Our expected wage for this role is $35 per hour plus superannuationWe would love to hear from you if:You are currently studying a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related disciplineYou hold a current White Card (Construction Induction Training) (mandatory)You have strong communication and interpersonal skills and enjoy working collaborativelyYou are organised, proactive,
and have excellent attention to detailYou thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy solving problemsYou are eager to learn from experienced industry professionals and develop your careerExperience with construction software such as Microsoft Project or Procore is desirable but not essentialIn this role, you'll have the opportunity to:Assist Project Managers and Site Managers with the coordination of site teams and subcontractorsReview project drawings, specifications, and contract documentationPrepare and manage project documentation, including schedules, RFIs, ITPs, and O&M; manualsAssist with material take-offs, procurement, and site deliveriesSupport quality assurance processes and document controlHelp develop construction methodologies and safety documentationMonitor construction costs and assist with tender submissions and project administrationPromote a safe work environment by identifying hazards and supporting safety complianceBuild positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and project stakeholdersIn return, Regal offers:Practical, hands‐on experience across a diverse range of civil construction projectsOngoing mentoring and support from experienced Project Managers and Site ManagersOpportunities to develop technical, leadership, and project management skillsExposure to industry-leading construction practices and technologyA collaborative and supportive team culture focused on learning and professional growthCareer progression opportunities upon graduationA workplace that values innovation, teamwork, safety, and continuous improvementAs an equal opportunity employer, Regal is committed to a recruitment process that's fair, inclusive, free from bias, and accessible to everyone.
