We have multiple part-time and fulltime vacancies available.As a Room Attendant at Caption by Hyatt Central Sydney, you will work on a rotational basis within the housekeeping department, delivering courteous and efficient service to ensure maximum guest satisfaction in line with brand standards.Some Key Responsibilities:Clean and refresh guest rooms, bathrooms, balconies and fridges to Hyatt standardsReplenish linen, amenities and cleaning suppliesKeep corridors, pantries, trolleys and back-of-house areas clean and organisedCheck room status and accurately update assignment reportsReport maintenance issues, lost property, damage and unusual incidentsRespond to guest requests with warmth, professionalism and efficiencyWork closely with Housekeeping and other hotel teamsFollow all health, safety, hygiene and chemical-use proceduresWe're looking for someone who is reliable, energetic and takes pride in the details.
