Accommodation and Meals are provided.
This is a Drive-in-Drive-Our Role, starting from Cooma, NSW.What You'll Be DoingGuarding and monitoring assigned sites to ensure the safety and security of people, property and assetsResponding to and managing incidents, emergencies and alarm activations in a professional and timely mannerConducting access control and visitor management procedures for site staff & contractorsMaintaining detailed incident and shift logsAdhering to all company policies,



procedures and relevant legislationProviding excellent customer service to clients and stakeholdersWhat We're Looking ForMinimum 6 months' experience as a security guard or similar roleStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProactive and vigilant approach to securityExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skillsCurrent NSW Security License, RSA & White Card is required for this positionUnrestricted Drivers LicenceFull Australian work rightsSuccessful candidates will be able to demonstrate:A commitment to providing exceptional customer serviceOutstanding (verbal and written) English language and communication skillsAbility to work well in a team environment and autonomously on the 14 days on, 7 days off rosterWhat we offerAt Xtreme Services Group, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding workplace for our employees.
