We're looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Customer & Installation Coordinator to become the central point of contact for our Air-Weigh customers
This is a varied role where you'll manage customer enquiries, quotations, sales orders, installation bookings and after-sales support, ensuring every customer receives a seamless experience from initial enquiry through to installation.
You'll work closely with customers, installers and internal teams, keeping jobs on track and providing outstanding service at every stage of the process.

What You'll Be Doing
Responding to customer enquiries and providing product informationPreparing quotations and processing sales ordersCoordinating installation bookings with customers and installation partnersProviding customers with updates throughout the sales and installation processMaintaining accurate records,



documentation and tracking informationManaging invoicing and associated administration tasksLiaising with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of customer ordersSupporting after-sales enquiries and customer requestsIdentifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience

Experience within automotive, transport, manufacturing, trade services or technical industries would be highly regarded, but is not essential.
