rejections and reimbursementsAssisting customers with warranty-related enquiriesSupporting the service department to ensure smooth and efficient operationsRemaining up to date with Mercedes-Benz warranty policies and proceduresDesired Skills and ExperienceAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will bring:Experience with Mercedes-Benz or another premium automotive brand will be highly regardedExceptional attention to detail and accuracyStrong organisational and time-management skillsThe ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectivelyExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong computer literacy and dealership systems experienceA current driver's licenceThere is no closing date for this position.
