We're currently searching for a Claims Consultant to join our Travel Claims team.
In this position, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Tavel Claims in an end-to-end capacity for a government portfolio.
This position would suit an experienced claims handler, who has worked within the Travel Insurance industry.The position will be offered on a permanent, full-time basis and we offer a flexible hybrid approach of working in our brand-new Melbourne CBD Office or Brisbane CBD office and Working From Home (WFH).
Your responsibilities will include:Providing a high-level customer service to all internal and external partnersManaging a portfolio of Travel insurance claims, applying policy wording and guidelines to a customer's claimed circumstancesProcessing claims from end to end to ensure resolutionCustomer interactions by email and over the phoneWe're interested in hearing from people who possess:Claims handling experience is mandatory ideally within Travel InsuranceA passion for high-quality customer serviceHigh level of attention to detailOutstanding organisational and time management skillsExcellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skillsMandatory: Australian Citizenship (to be able to meet the requirements for obtaining a baseline security clearance)If you live our values and demonstrate the people capabilities, we can not only offer you great career opportunities,
