ensuring all actions are within your professional scope and adhere to established clinical standards.The Mater SCN cares for neonates from 32 weeks gestation, as well as premature infants born prior to 32 weeks, referred from tertiary hospitals across NSW.The SCN Registered Nurse is committed to upholding the policies and procedures of Mater Hospital and St Vincent's Health Australia (SVHA), ensuring exceptional patient care and fostering a safe, cooperative, and dynamic workplace.About YouCurrent AHPRA Registration.Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or MidwiferyPostgraduate Certificate in Neonatal Nursing, or working towards.A minimum of 3 years' experience in neonatal nursing or a passion for working with neonates and their families.Competence in assessing and managing neonates' health conditions, including those requiring special care or intensive treatment, or a willingness to gain such expertise.Bubble CPAP proficiency is desirableSound knowledge of Department of Health Guidelines and Regulations, Workplace Health and Safety, Infection Control, and their impact on neonatal care delivery.What we can offer youExceptional Rewards: Competitive pay and not-for-profit salary packaging to maximise your incomeFor-Purpose Impact:
